This is a yoga workshop with its roots in slowing down through the practice of yoga, yin, self massage and yoga Nidra. In this fast paced world, slowing down is the real challenge: shifting our awareness and attention to a place that allows us to cultivate deep release physically and mentally.

Through this workshop we will learn simple, yet powerful, self care techniques that can be woven into daily life, creating slowness as part of a daily practice. The challenge presented in this workshop will not come from physically complex movement, but taking simple postures and working slowly.
