Flow for Connection and Self-Care
Live Music by Jess Brien
Our yoga practice begins with ourselves. When we step onto our mat we cultivate a sense of compassion, finding ways to honour where we are, giving ourselves what we need.
As a community we come together to move and breathe in rhythm, supporting each other as we look after ourselves. On 10th December, in recognition of International Human Rights Day, we will flow in honour of this connection and support.
Throughout the practice we'll explore how yoga can be a way to engage with the world, honour those in society who uphold our human rights and discover the ways our practice teaches us how to move with clarity, courage and generosity at these crucial times.
Join Jude, Oonagh and guest teacher Emilie for this special practice, accompanied by live music with Jess Brien on the decks.
Vegan treats will be served afterward, including (non-alcoholic!) mulled wine.
**Donation only** to the Human Rights charity of your choice.
