This is a Go Slow workshop with a therapeutic focus on the shoulder girdle. Through the practice of gentle vinyasa, self massage, and yoga nidra we will unravel shoulder tension that, unfortunately, is part of daily life for many. After this workshop you will be equipped to really dive into a home practice to alleviate a host of common shoulder related problems, from Repetitive Strain, to neck tension, achy wrists and more. Go Slow is centered around self care, and this workshop is specifically aimed at those who feel tightness and restriction in the upper body.
"Go Slow" will empower yogis to do just that: to go slow and notice every moment on the journey. The workshop will explore the interior landscape we cultivate within our yoga practice by focusing beyond the physical practice.
