Flow Academy Presents an Inspiring practice from Philosophy Tutor, Jack Harrison - EVERYONE WELCOME!
The Song of Wandering Aengus
A flowing, but gentle class using the three principles of opening, integration, and expansion, inspired by WB Yeat’s poem The Song of Wandering Aengus. The class will focus on the harmony of the breath and movement in asana practice and suggest how you can approach your own practice.
Jack Harrison is an author, singer-songwriter, folklorist and yogi and we're honoured to have his knowledge and wisdom on our 200hr Vinyasa FLOW Yoga Teacher Training course. He's here next weekend delivering his "Yoga Philosophy from the Western World" module to our trainees, and will be offering a special public class in our Hill St studio on Friday 2nd Dec at 5:30pm which is open to all.
