As we head towards the summer solstice and nature’s growth peaks for the year, this workshop turns to Yoga and Ayurveda practices aimed at helping us relax, destress and surrender to the longer days and (if we are lucky….) warmer temperatures of summer. Two calming and lunar focused yoga practices are weaved with Ayurvedic tips to stay cool and calm both in moments when we can “overheat” during the months when the fire element dominates, and to help balance tendencies towards stress or intensity in our lives. End this workshop with a summer inspired lunch based on Ayurvedic principles.
